Approach
 BETI Foundation has adopted goal oriented approach in its work:
Immediate Goals
- Joint participatory action at community level. Convergence and resource mobilisation at all functional levels amongst relevant service sectors of Government as well as Civil Society
- Innovations in educational pedagogy, skill development and livelihoods with all forward and backward linkages conceptualized and in place from the very beginning of each activity
Mid Term Goals
- Community acceptance and adoption of services where access has been ensured.
- Promoting behavioural change leading to positive social action
- Impacting systems - Economic, Social and Political
Long Term Goals
- To facilitate community convergent action, empowerment and ownership such as to continue social and economic development at micro levels through self-reliant processes even after Project interventions have come to an end
- To empower CBO's and other community groups to manage and expand local Community Resource Centres established in response to local area needs
- Leverage the models developed in various projects for wider expansion and coverage
- To impact at policy and planning levels for incremental affirmative action addressing the rights of girl children including adolescent girls/young women
- To undertake continuous advocacy and action for promoting sustainable development in consonance with human rights
- To facilitate community convergent action, empowerment and ownership such as to continue social and economic development at micro levels through self-reliant processes even after project interventions have come to an end
